ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

1. Appointments
As we are a home-based clinic, we cannot accept walk ins. All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, socials, by phone, or in person. To secure your slot, a deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. This ensures we can accommodate your preferred date and time.

2. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking.
The deposit will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.
Full payment for your treatment must be made on the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can offer the best service to all our clients, we kindly request the following:
- Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your session or deposit.

4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that your session may be shortened to ensure other clients are not inconvenienced. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.

5. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay in full for their session and/or when booking future appointments.

6. Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive treatments at Clinic Eleven.

7. Health and Safety
Your safety and well-being are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns before your treatment. If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Also, please note that certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific conditions, and we may require a doctor’s note to proceed. Also, please ask us before bringing any additional persons with you to your appointment as we are a home-based clinic and space is limited.

8. Results Disclaimer
While our treatments are designed to deliver transformative results, individual outcomes may vary depending on factors such as lifestyle, body type, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

9. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

10. Promotions and Offers
All promotional offers, including discounts or package deals, are subject to availability and may have expiration dates. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled with the utmost care in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your details to manage bookings, communicate with you, and improve our services.
